Cappuccino Recipe

Cappuccino is originally Italian coffee drink, which consists of espresso 1/3 (0.7 fl oz – 1 fl oz), 1/3 milk and 1/3 frothed milk. Cappuccino is served on wider cappuccino porcelain cups.

Needed is the heated cup of cappuccino to prepare espresso and it is necessary whip foam in the stainless jug through the nozzle hot steam. The foam is formed so, that in the hot milk is released hot steam under pressure, so milk foam is formed, or more precisely micro foam with miniature air bubbles. The final temperature of the milk should not exceed about 158° F. Any large bubbles in the milk are removed by tapping the pot by the table and milk with milk foam is poured into a cup of espresso, so that the foam reach the upper edge of the cup (about 1/3 espresso, 1/3 milk and 1/3 frothed milk). By pouring the milk into coffee can be drawn pictures called latte art. The temperature of the beverage should be enough warm, so cappuccino can be drink immediately after preparation. Cappuccino is not poured with cinnamon, because cinnamon beats the taste of coffee. Also, cappuccino from whole milk is more creamier and tastier.
